Công ty TNHH DỊCH VỤ KỸ THUẬT NĂNG LƯỢNG TOÀN CẦU (GETS) có nhu cầu tuyển dụng nhân sự vị trí “Sales Engineer: E&I”. Mô tả và yêu cầu tuyển dụng cho vị trí này như sau:
JOB DESCRIPTION
– Advise and consult customers about assigned products and assigned markets
– Be responsible for the after sales of Electrical and Instrumentation equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction and technical resolution.
– Conduct sales activities as per assigned strategies for monthly/quarterly/yearly
– Ensure accurate understanding and timely execution of customer requirements for spare parts, maintenance, machine shutdowns, and overall servicing.
– Coordinate with the sales support department to review and check the bidding/tender documents, including both commercial and technical aspects.
– Collaborate with the logistics department to check the product quality before delivery to customers and address any issues that arise during the delivery process.
– Work with designated manufacturers/suppliers to resolve product and service-related issues.
– Attend conferences, seminars, training sessions and networking events as assigned by Line Manager.
– Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager
COMPETENCE REQUIREMENTS
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
– 3–5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer in the Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) industry.
– Have good sales skills. Strong technical aptitude with an ability to quickly grasp complex concepts across multiple domains
– Good English communication
– Have good attitude / integrity in the work
